|Recommended: YesOur 6 months at 1 West — We love living at 1 West. Security is great. Have prevailed upon TMC offices for medical services. Enjoy the art work in both lobbies. Exercise room is equiped with 1st class equipment. Will never tire of not having to drive to the TMA or the TSO or ACT or the Fox . Convenience to everything is amazing.

Then there is Crystal ..... cannot say enough about how wonderful she is and how we are so happy she is our fearless leader . She has the patience of a saint with management skills of Warren Buffet. We cannot imagine how the building would work without her talents.
|Recommended: YesPerfect downtown apartments — Look no further if you look for a high end place right in downtown. Everything is still brand new, management is doing a great job to accommodate any wishes and to keep everyone happy. Rooftop is spectacular, especially at sunsets and the gym is exactly what it needs to be for me. The layout and the appliances of the apartments are top notch, but the thing I like most is the location. I can walk to all bars and restaurants within minutes, brings me back to that Europe feel where you can walk to all places rather than having to drive... Would highly recommend

The interior and exterior spaces are well-designed for comfort and aesthetics, with all modern features and appliances, lots of light and air. The building has great amenities, is very secure, and is served by excellent maintenance and management staff.
